Social Networking Can Lead to Drug and Alcohol Use.
Casa Columbia recently released a study that showed a correlation between increased drug and alcohol use in relation to the use of social networking sites. The survey found that teens ages 12-17 who spend a typical day on social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace, or who have seen pictures on these sites of kids using drugs or passed out drunk, are likelier to smoke, drink or use drugs.
